On September 7, 2004 we were incorporated as a Non-Profit Corporation in the state of Arizona. We are now working to get our IRS tax exempt status.  After we have received approval from the IRS we will start fundraising efforts to build the animal shelter. Thank you to all who have supported the Humane Society of Wickenburg!
