We have filed the necessary documents to receive our IRS tax exempt status. This process should be finalized by the end of December or early January.  At the present time we can accept donations, although, they may not be a taxable write-off. Please consult your tax advisor for more information. There are accounts setup at  Bank of America and Meridian Bank in Wickenburg where we can accept donations to help fund the fees involved in the setup of the organization, veterinary costs, food and supplies.

We are also in need of:

•  stainless steel food and water bowls
•  dog/puppy/cat/kitten food
•  dog/cat toys
•  beds and blankets
•  any horse related items
•  crates and kennels
•  foster parents
•  blankets/sheets
•  cat litter/pans
•  dog houses
•  cat condos

 

We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here.

If you have any items to donate, please call 928-684-8801 to arrange for pickup or delivery.

To build the animal shelter we need to start with land.  If you or anyone you know is interested in donating land to build the shelter, please call us.

Please make checks payable to Humane Society of Wickenburg. Donations may be mailed to PO Box 147, Wickenburg, AZ 85358.  You may also go directly to the Bank of America or Meridian Bank in Wickenburg and tell them you would like to deposit a donation.
